As a collective impact effort, LEAD Hancock County is locally developed and managed by two bodies: the Policy Coordinating Group and the Operational Work Group. Collectively, these teams chart the course, review operational progress and challenges, and identify opportunities for systemic improvement. 

The LEAD Project Manager coordinates the work of these groups while managing all aspects of the day-to-day activities for LEAD Hancock County.
